I enjoyed Mr. Roberts webinar on heat, electricity, and magnets! However, because I teach fourth grade I wanted to focus on force and motion. I decided to have my students build balloon rocket cars, which definitely kept their attention. It was amazing to observe students working together to build a finished product. My female students did a fabulous job with this STEM activity and were actively engaged throughout the lesson.
